Remove user access

Use these steps to remove user access from Owners, Admins, Researchers, and Collaborators.

Single sign-on (SSO) users

  1. Click your Username at the top right corner.
  2. Select Account Settings in the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Users & Teams.
  4. Scroll to the User you'd like to disable.
  5. Click Disable at the end of the row.
  6. If the user to disable has studies under their name, decide what happens to them.
    • Disable the user and delete studies owned by this user.
    • Disable the user but reassign studies to another user. If you choose this option, you'll have to reassign the removed user's studies to another user.
  7. Click Disable User.

 

 

Non-SSO users

  1. Click your Username at the top right corner.
  2. Select Account Settings in the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Users & Teams.
  4. Scroll to the User you'd like to disable.
  5. Click Disable at the end of the row.
  6. If the user to delete has studies under their name, decide what happens to them.
    • Delete the user and delete studies owned by this user.
    • Disable the user but reassign studies to another user. If you choose this option, you'll have to reassign the removed user's studies to another user.
  7. Click Delete User.
