I launched a test by accident. What can I do?
You’ll need to navigate to the UserTesting platform, where you can open up and pause the test.
I encountered a bug. How do I report it?
Please report any bugs or issues you encounter using our form (link to be confirmed).
Why don’t I see the Plugins menu in Figma, and why am I getting a message that I can’t use plugins because my account is view-only?
To use plugins in Figma, you must have ‘can edit’ access to the file. If you only have ‘view’ access or a view-only seat, you won’t be able to launch plugins directly. In that case, duplicate the file so you become the owner of your copy. This will give you the necessary permissions to launch and use plugins.
