General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) went into effect on 05-25-2018. EnjoyHQ is committed to being fully GDPR-compliant as a data processor and we provide features for controlling what data you want to retain in your EnjoyHQ account:
Our Rules functionality allows for setting a custom retention policy of feedback imported into your EnjoyHQ account
Our API allows for programmatic erasure of your customer information
Our data exports ensure data portability by using common formats
If you choose to cancel your EnjoyHQ subscription, request deletion by emailing support@usertesting.com. Support marks the account for deletion in the admin console. Active data is then deleted after 60 days and is no longer visible or accessible. Backup data is retained for a further 30 days, for a total of 90 days from the request until full, unrecoverable deletion.
