How to access order history
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Select the drop-down next to your login name (top-right corner) and select Settings.
- Select the Usage and history tab.
- Scroll down and select View full report in the Order history section.
- Your order history will be displayed.
How to access a copy of your order history report
- If you'd like a copy of all your previously ordered studies in CSV format, select Email full report from the Order history page.
- You'll receive an email with a link for a downloadable CSV file that includes the basic details of each invoice.
