To launch an app test with UserTesting, you'll need the URL of the app in the Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS), a public TestFlight link, or upload the build of your app. Visit Apple's website to learn more about testing with TestFlight.
To find the URL of your app in the Google Play or App Store, follow the instructions below:
Android
- Search for the app you want in the Google Play Store. For example, Instagram:
- The URL at the top of the Google Play for the specific app is what you should enter when setting up your app test.
iOS
- The easiest way to get an iOS app URL is by using a search engine. For example, enter "Instagram ios app" in Google.
- The URL at the top of the App Store page is what you should enter when setting up your app test.
