- UserTesting information architecture features are included in Ultimate plans and can be purchased as add-ons for Professional, Premium, and Advanced plans.
Research methods and tools for organizing content
Card sorting
A research methodology that can help you discover how people understand and categorize information. There are three types of card sorts: open, closed, and hybrid. For more information see "What is card sorting?".
Tree testing
A usability research method used to evaluate the structure and organization of a website or app's content. Use the results of your tree testing to make more informed decisions about labeling and organizing the information on your website or app. For more information see "What is tree testing?".
