Fresh eyes for the new experience help teams keep feedback fresh and enhance the overall effectiveness of new think-out-loud tests, surveys, and interaction tests conducted through the UserTesting Network.

Fresh eyes for the new experience is a default account setting for the UserTesting Network that prevents participants from completing more than one survey, interaction test, or new think-out-loud test in a given time frame. The fresh eyes period varies by country as follows:

60 days 14 days 7 days
United States Canada Austria
  Germany Denmark
  India France
  Mexico Ireland
  Spain Netherlands
  United Kingdom Sweden
    Switzerland

 

The fresh eyes period for the new experience is set on the account level, which is why it is shorter.

 

Note: The fresh eyes period for the updated think-out-loud experience is 30 days in the United States. All other timeframes above are the same for the updated think-out-loud experience.

 

Countries that do not support fresh eyes: Australia, Belgium, Singapore, and New Zealand
