Data residency options
UserZoom offers data residency options for new accounts on all plans. By default, US-based customers are assigned North Virginia while EU-based customers are assigned Ireland.

What data is stored where?
Session data from the UserZoom platform will be stored in the region chosen by the Customer.
Where is data processed?
While we can allow customers to select which region to host their data in, this does not restrict data from being processed outside of that region. For a full list of processing locations, see the relevant affiliate or sub-processor page found here.
