Use SUS+ questions to:
- Measure the experience of using a product or design on a standard scale.
- Compare scores across designs using a consistent scale.
- Compare scores over time using a consistent scale.

Set up SUSplus for a test
- Go to ia.usertesting.com. Select SUSplus to create a new test.
- Enter the test details. Only the name is visible to the creator. Participants will be able to see the Description.
- Set up the questionnaire. Enter the SUS Subject name, it will be included in each question. Two optional questions can be chosen on this screen.
- Publish the test.
Note: Creators can access, edit, publish, unpublish, and view results for their tests. Creators cannot view or access tests launched by others on the account.
Note: Admins can publish and unpublish tests created by others. Admins cannot edit tests created by others. Once a test is deployed, admins can view and share results
Add SUS+ test link in UserTesting

For an unmoderated test, add a URL asset to the end of the test.

Add the SUSplus link into the URL field.
- Update the instruction text to inform the participants they'll be taken to a questionnaire.
- For moderated tests put the SUSplus link in the chat and ask the participant to complete the questionnaire before the session ends.
SUS+ test results
- SUS scores fall on a scale of 1 to 100. The average score falls around 68. For more information review, Usability.gov website.
- By default, the timestamp for the results of your SUS questionnaire will be in GMT.
- The SUSplus app provides different views of participants' data:
- Summary-Shows a summary of scores, including an overall SUS score as well as scores for the questions that focus on learnability and those that focus on usability.
- Data: A view showing the actual score for each question.
- Radar graph: A visual representation of the ratings.
