About saved test plans

Saved test plans are available on the following subscriptions:

Flex plan Seat-based plan
Essentials  Startup
Advanced Professional

This feature is also available in the Starter edition (beta).

Saved test plans are available to anyone who can launch tests at the account level, regardless of workspace privacy settings. Once you save a test plan, anyone on the account with an unlimited, standard, light, or creator license can select it to create a test, regardless of workspace privacy settings.

Saved test plans let you:

  • Make centralized research a thing of the past without sacrificing accuracy and confidence.
  • Create and manage a library of templates that team members can use to confidently collect customer feedback.
  • Empower non-researchers to conduct their tests to increase customer empathy across the business.
  • Note: Saved test plans are not available for Live Conversation.
