  • Get real-time assistance: Chat with a product expert for recommendations on reaching your target audience.
  • Request custom recruitment: Submit a request to connect with hard-to-reach participants.

 

 

Niche audience recruitment support

Use recruitment support when you need help finding hard-to-reach or highly specific participants.

  • Available for Live Conversations and Surveys only
  • Typical response time: within 72 hours
  • You can request support directly in the platform or from the test builder

Request audience recruitment support from the test builder. 

  1. Open the Audience Builder.
  2. Under Contributor network options, select Recruitment support.

  3. Choose how you’d like help with recruitment:
    • Recruit more specialized audiences – Send a custom request to our recruitment team for help finding the right contributors for your moderated test. 
    • Chat with an expert – Ask our live team of experts questions about the recruitment process, and we’ll share our hints, tips, and best practices.
    •  Boost your recruitment skillsDiscover articles and courses to continue learning about effective target audience recruitment

  4. If you choose to submit a custom request for Live Conversation or survey recruitment, a form will appear where you can enter your recruitment needs. You’ll receive an email response within 2 business days of submitting your request.

💡Note: If someone on your team requests custom recruitment services for Live Conversations or surveys, a quote must be approved before the request can be fulfilled.
