Set up your audience in User Interviews

Select the User Interviews panel from the Recruitment tab.
⚠️ Note: Label your project "UserTesting Offline Booking" so our Ops team knows you will be scheduling on another platform. - Create your screener survey and select the demographic filters.
- On the Research activity tab, select the Moderated option. Decide if you want to do One participant per session or Multiple participants per session.
- Under Availability, attendees and location, select manual approval with premium screening, keep the link option as No session link, and leave the calendar blank.
- On the Participant number & incentives tab, indicate the number of participants you need and the incentive amount.
- After you launch your study, return to the Participant management tab. View all participants who qualified under Applied.

Checkmark the participants you want to move forward with and add them to Potential fit.
Create your Invite Network test in UserTesting
- Build your Live Conversation test in UserTesting as you typically would.
- Select Create link to use the Invite Network audience option. This allows you to share the test link with anyone.
- Click Provide availability to indicate times you are available to meet with participants.
- Launch the test.
- You'll be taken to a page with the test details. Scroll down to Contributor scheduling and click Copy schedule link.
Share the scheduling link with participants on User Interviews
- Navigate to the Participant management tab of your study.
- Under the Applied tab, click the Message button.
- Add an introduction and paste the scheduling link from UserTesting for participants to schedule an interview.
⚠️ Note: Do not mark participants as “approved.” That will trigger them to schedule with User Interviews instead of UserTesting. - Collect the participants' full names. This is necessary for managing incentive payments in the next step.
Provide incentive payments after interviews have concluded
Upon completion of interviews, use the User Interviews chatbot to share participant details and incentive value, requesting participants be paid. Do not mark the participant status.
