Matrix questions for UserTesting surveys

Learn how to add a matrix question to a survey.

On this page:

Add matrix question

Go to Test builder and click the +Add button on the left.
Choose Matrix under the Questions options.
Type your question.
You may select pre-made scale labels or create your own.
Type the items for your rows that participants will evaluate using the scale.
If you want to add branching logic, create an additional question then return to the first question and select Add logic.

The Review tab shows your matrix question, the scale you chose, and the rows added.
