This article applies to: UserTesting
- You can access your UserTesting account via computer or mobile device to create and launch tests.
- We support both Windows and Mac OS computers. For reliability and security reasons, we recommend that you use the most recent version of your operating system and browser.
- We support these browsers:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari (current version only)
- Edge
- Note: We no longer support Internet Explorer.
- Your computer needs at least 1GB of RAM with at least 0.5 GB available for applications.
- We recommend at least 5GB of free disk space for recording the screen to preview tests.
