How to add Favorite Contributors to a Participant List

If you've built a Favorite Contributors Network, you don't have to start over to get the benefits of Participant Lists. You can bring your existing favorites over to the Participant Hub in just a few steps.

  1. Copy usernames from a Favorite Contributors Network
  2. Go to your Participant List
  3. Paste the usernames

1. Copy usernames from a Favorite Contributors Network

Go to Contributor Networks > Favorite contributors. Open the network you want to copy from, then select Copy all usernames.

You can also do this without opening the network first: Select the menu icon next to the network, then select Copy all usernames.

2. Go to your Participant List

Go to Participant Hub, then open the list where you want to add participants (or create a new list).

You can also stay on the All lists view and select the menu icon on the list you want to add to, then select Add participants.

3. Paste the usernames

Select Add participants. Paste the copied usernames into the Participant usernames field, then wait while UserTesting checks them.

Select Add participants again to confirm. You'll see a confirmation showing how many participants were added, along with a breakdown of any that couldn't be added and why.

Why can't I copy over some usernames?

If there's an error copying over any usernames to your participant list, a system message will let you know.

Participant Lists does not currently support Invite Network or Custom Network participants. You might also receive an error message if the participant is not yet active on the new experience.
