What's New

Interactive Path Flows

  • Quickly zero-in on moments that matter with a visual summary of participant paths that highlights trends and anomalies at a glance. Users can then preview screens and interactions with thumbnail images before diving deeper to watch the feedback in the embedded video player. 
  • Available for customers who have access to Enhanced Metrics as part of their subscriptions starting October 14, 2020.

Quick Answer builder

  • Scale high-quality research across teams by deploying pre-approved test plans that can be safely adapted to different testing scenarios so anyone can easily gather fast customer feedback. 
  • Available for customers with access to either Premium or Ultimate editions, starting on October 14, 2020. Customers on Premium edition subscriptions must have an Insight Core seat and either a Marketing Insight or Product Insight seat to deploy custom Quick Answers.

Participant View

  • Amplify your understanding of customers’ behaviors and emotions by capturing their facial expressions as they react to images, messaging, and other experiences. See moment-by-moment reactions and quickly unlock a deeper understanding of unmoderated tests.
  • Available to all customers starting on October 14, 2020.

Insights Summary

  • Drive better internal alignment and share feedback more easily with editable reports that automatically summarize test details and findings from within the UserTesting platform.  
  • Available to all customers starting on October 14, 2020.

Adobe XD Quick Answer Plugin - Coming soon!

  • More efficiently embed human insights within the design process by empowering Design and Product teams to quickly and easily test their designs. Launch "validate a prototype" Quick Answer tests directly from the XD platform to access fast customer feedback without having to bottleneck research resources.
  • Available to anyone who has access to Quick Answers via Marketing Insight, Product Insight, or the Human Insight Platform (Premium or Ultimate editions).

Template Access Control

  • Ensure your team has the right resources to efficiently gain human insights by providing access to use, save, assign, and delete templates. This includes templates for Saved Audiences, Screener Questions, and Test Plans.
  • Available for Insight Core customers with access to either Premium or Ultimate editions.
