Key Features

Saved test plans let you:

  • Make centralized research a thing of the past without sacrificing accuracy and confidence.
  • Create and manage a library of templates that team members can easily use to quickly and confidently collect customer feedback.
  • Empower non-researchers to conduct their tests to increase customer empathy across the business.

How to Create a Saved Test Plan

The saved test plans feature is available for anyone who can launch tests. The saved test plans are available at the account level to anyone regardless of workspace privacy settings.

You can create and save a test plan from multiple places within your account. You can also access this feature when saving from the Test View page once you’ve validated the quality of your test plan.

Note: This feature is not available for Live Conversation.

To save a test plan from the dashboard, do the following:

  1. Click the name of the test to enter the Test View page.

Task Incompatibility

Some task types are incompatible with mobile app tests: the 5-second test and those containing an image or URL.

In the Template Library, the Test Types column shows which types of tests a saved test plan can apply to.
