If you are on the Advanced or Ultimate edition of the Flex plan, you can schedule a Live Conversation at 30, 60, 90, and 120-minutes. Refer to the Session rate card for more information about how to manage Session Units for Live Conversations.
Note: Longer Live Conversations are useful in situations where you want contributors to interact with something over an extended period of time. For example, you ask your contributors to play through part of a game. Review our tips and best practices for running effective Live Conversations in our University course.
If you are not on the Advanced or Ultimate edition of the Flex plan, Live Conversations are available in a 30-minute or 60-minute duration.
During your Live Conversation, please be considerate of the scheduled time limit and the test participant's schedule.
