What If the Test Participant Doesn't Attend as Scheduled?


We pride ourselves on a robust network of potential test participants that are eager to share their insights with you. We send the test participant an email confirming their test slot, as well as reminders  the day before and day of the scheduled session. While our "no-show" rate is below industry standards, there may be occasions where a participant cannot attend as scheduled.

Please give your participant a 5-10 minute grace period as they may be experiencing technical difficulties. If a participant indicates they're unable to attend the meeting, a new participant will be added to the study to take their place. Depending on the amount of notice we receive, you may be asked to update your upcoming availability.
