Scheduling a Live Conversation allows you to speak in real-time to a member of the UserTesting Panel or one of your own customers via the Zoom video conferencing platform. You can even conduct interviews using Live Conversation Mobile.

Can I schedule a meeting longer than 60 minutes?
At this time, all Live Conversations must be kept to the 30-minute or 60-minute duration. We understand there are use cases for meetings of other lengths, and are actively exploring solutions.
How do I join the Live Conversation?
On your dashboard, you'll see a link to Join the meeting 15-minutes before the scheduled start time. Once the link is available, you can share it directly (via email or internal chat tools, such as Slack) with colleagues who plan to participate or observe the session.
Can I cancel or reschedule my Live Conversation?
Yes. Whenever possible, we ask that you provide participants with a 24-hour notice before canceling the session. You'll see the option to cancel an upcoming session on your dashboard. Canceling a session and rescheduling a new one does not result in the same tester, unless you specify them (by username).
What if the participant doesn't attend as scheduled?
We pride ourselves on a robust panel of testers that are eager to share their insights with you. While our "no-show" rate is below industry standards, there may be occasions where a participant cannot attend as scheduled. Please give your participant a 5-10 minute grace period as they may be experiencing technical difficulties. If a UserTesting panelist indicates they're unable to attend the meeting, a new participant will be added to the study to take their place.
How do I end the Live Conversation?
Simply click End Meeting. Your Live Conversation was automatically recorded and will be uploaded to your UserTesting dashboard after a brief processing period. In most cases, this happens within an hour or two.
