Add and remove test participants to and from saved panels

Add a test participant to a saved panel

  1. Go to the dashboard.
  2. Click the title of a test completed by the test participant you wish to add to or remove from a panel. Completed sessions have an Add to Panel link to the right of test participants’ usernames.




  3. Click the Add to Panel link.
  4. Select the saved panel. You can select multiple saved panels.

    Selecting a saved panel displays its label at the top of the menu. If the test participant is a member of other saved panels, the saved panels are selected and the panel names appear as labels at the top of the menu.



    To dismiss the menu when you finish, click anywhere outside the menu.

 

Remove a test participant from a saved panel

To remove a test participant from a saved panel, do one of the following:

 

From Manage Panels

  1. Click the Navigation menu and choose Manage Panels.



  2. Click the Options button of the saved panel you want to edit and choose View Panel.

    

  3. Click Remove to the right of the test participant you wish to remove.


 

From the dashboard

  1. Go to the dashboard.
  2. Click the title of a test completed by the test participant you wish to add to or remove from a panel. Completed sessions have an Add to Panel link to the right of test participants’ usernames.



  3. Click the Add to Panel link.
  4. Deselect the saved panel. You can deselect multiple saved panels.



    Deselecting a saved panel also removes the label from the top of the menu.
