How to Assign Licensed Users


These instructions will cover how you can manage your team by assigning licenses to users. If these instructions don't match what you see, check out:

To manage your team's access and licenses, visit the People tab— everything you need to see and do is in one place. To get started:

  1. Go to your dashboard.
  2. From the dropdown menu with your initials, choose Settings.
  3. Click the People tab.

From here, you have access to the following details:

  • Applications
  • Number and type of unassigned licenses 
  • Team members and how many tests they’ve created
  • Team members’ last active date
  • Permissions levels, such as admin and approval flow settings
  • License type


💡 Tip: If your main point of contact changes or you need help adding or replacing an administrator, contact your customer success manager.
