Centralizing research for better accessibility

The primary benefit of Insight Reports is the ability to centralize all research data within a single hub. Instead of juggling multiple tools, spreadsheets, and scattered notes, teams can gather, import, and store insights from various UserTesting sources—such as customer surveys or usability tests—within one place. This will make managing and organizing data significantly easier, which can be a pain point for research teams working across multiple platforms.

Efficient compilation of insights

One of the standout features is the ability to compile insights efficiently. Whether you’re trying to add insights from surveys, usability tests, or any other feedback form, the new feature will allow you to add these data to reports with just one click. This will save time for analysts, enabling them to focus more on deriving actionable insights rather than spending excessive hours on data collection and organization.

Collaboration with built-in commenting

Effective collaboration is essential to aligning different departments and team members on findings and next steps. With our new commenting capability, stakeholders will be able to collaborate with each other directly within a report. This feature enables real-time feedback, discussion, and clarification of key points, fostering a shared and deeper understanding of customer needs.

As seen in the preview image, stakeholders can comment directly on specific content, creating an ongoing dialogue between team members. For instance, a stakeholder highlighted a point in a report on the “Emotion Influence Study,” offering suggestions to improve the data visualization or requesting more context.
