About the UserTesting CommUnity

• The UserTesting CommUnity is the place to go for help, support, and inspiration from your peers.
• You'll also find information about current and upcoming UserTesting events, news, and all other company happenings.
• While you navigate, learn, and complete challenges, you can earn badges and also points that can be redeemed for rewards.
• Currently, the CommUnity is only available for UserTesting subscribers, but we're working on opening it up to our UserZoom, UserZoom GO, EnjoyHQ, and Testapic friends. Stay tuned! 

How can I participate?

Remember, only UserTesting customers are currently eligible to register.

1. Go to https://community.usertesting.com. 
2. Click the UserTesting logo.
   
3. Enter your email address and click Next.
4. New Users:
   1. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your profile.
   2. Introduce yourself.
   3. Complete the Getting Started tasks.
   4. Make yourself at home, start interacting with others, and have fun! 

Post a discussion thread

Need help with something? Want someone's opinion or expert advice? Post a discussion and get help from your peers! 

1. On the CommUnity homepage, scroll to the Discussion Topics section.
2. Click the + New Topic button.
   
3. Enter the title/subject of your post.
4. Choose a category.
5. Enter your text in the text box.
6. Optional: Include images or links, as needed.
7. Click  + Create Topic.
