I wanted to share a case study on how we have been using our new Unmoderated Interview feature to get Voice of Customer feedback with awesome success.
Our new Unmoderated Interview feature allows us to capture video confessionals from our customers about high-level questions (including raw, candid feedback on our product’s strengths and weaknesses) without having to conduct moderated interviews.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how we do it.
Step 1: Set up an Unmoderated Interview in Userzoom Go
Step 2: Email the test link to customers or set up a pop-up notification on your website
We have done both. Below is a screenshot of our request using Intercom.
Step 3: Use our new Slack integration to notify a Slack channel when a new recording is complete

Step 4: Review results
