Moderated Picture in Picture--can I see my test participant's face during a session?

What does popping out your webcam mean?

When going into test participant screen sharing, your test participant will be asked to pop out their webcam. This allows for the test participant's camera view to always be on top of all other windows, even if a new tab is opened.

The webcam view can be moved to any area of the desktop and can also be resized so that it is not in the way of other content being viewed.

What if the test participant doesn't pop out their webcam? The session can still be carried out this way, but the test participant camera will not be seen during the session and will not be captured in the recording.
