Yes, you can test desktop software during a moderated session! When building your study, set the Starting URL to any website, such as google.com.
Once the screen share has started we will record everything on the test participant's computer screen. Keep in mind this could include pop-ups, emails, or messages from others. It's the moderator's responsibility so make sure that's clear to the participant before starting the session.
