Native iOS Testing

  • Our Native iOS testing platform has officially launched for moderated research.
  • Most accounts have been upgraded at no cost.
  • No SDK or code needs to be added to your app. You don’t need to upload your *.ipa file.sp;
  • Our native app platform works just like screen sharing on your computer. We record all interactions on the user's native device.
  • You can test anything that a test participant has on their device.
  • This article has detailed instructions for setting up an iOS device for native app testing.

  • We added significant functionality to the Collaborator user type.
  • You can now invite Collaborators to Workspaces and provide them with view only access to all studies, Insights Reports, and session videos.
  • Collaborators also have the ability to take notes during a live moderated session.
  • All existing Collaborators have been sent invites to join the corresponding Workspaces.
  • Admins can now set users as Teammates, Admins, or Collaborators.
  • This article has a detailed explanation of user roles.
