What are the System Requirements?

At a Glance

You can access your UserTesting account via computer or mobile device to create and launch tests, review responses, create highlight reels, and otherwise share videos and clips with others. 

We support both Windows and Mac OS computers. For reliability and security reasons, we recommend that you use the most recent version of your operating system and browser.  We support most modern browsers:

    • Chrome
    • Firefox
    • Safari (current version only)
    • Edge

Please note: We no longer support Internet Explorer. 

Your computer should have at least 1GB of RAM with at least 0.5 GB available for applications.  

It should also have at least 5GB of free disk space for recording the screen in order to preview tests. Please contact the Support team if you have further questions.
