Formatting Shortcuts for Tasks and Questions

Often it’s not just what you say but how you say it, and that’s certainly true when it comes to presenting your tests to participants.

To help make your tasks and questions even easier to follow and understand, we’ve compiled a list of formatting shortcuts to help you emphasize important phases or steps, symbols and even include links. Formatting is available on website or prototype test tasks, but does not work in screener questions or the test scenario. For mobile tests (iOS/Android), formatting is also available for test tasks and the testing scenario, but does not work in screener questions.
