Get started with your UserTesting account by logging in to your dashboard. If you're unable to recall your username, contact your Customer Success Manager.

Step 2. Enter your email address to receive instructions on resetting your password
Reset your password
If you'd like to change your password, you can easily do this from your dashboard.
Step 1. Log in to access your account
Step 2. Select Edit Your User Account from the dropdown at the top-right corner of your dashboard
Step 4. Type in your new password under Password, then type it again under Password Confirmation. For security purposes, you'll be asked to also type in your old password as verification. If you don't remember your password, see the above instructions for Forget Your Password?
