UserTesting subscriptions offer different combinations of testing credits and research hours. Your specific subscription and the details are available on your Statement of Work / Order Form.
If you no longer have your Statement of Work, contact your Customer Success Manager or Team to get a copy.
They can also provide you with a receipt/invoice for your subscription payment.
Updating Your Subscription
You can also contact your Customer Success Manager or Team to update or modify your subscription, including updating your payment method or credit card on file.
